Medical Direction & Oversight
TriMedical is directed by Dr. W J E (Charlie) Smit, an experienced physician within the medical-legal community. Dr Smit has more than 25 years’ experience practicing medicine and is a certified practitioner of medical-legal assessments, document reviews, marine medical examinations, and has worked with law firms, life and disability insurers, employers, WorkSafeBC and auto insurers (ICBC).
